How to update your payment and billing details

Securely manage your payment details with ease, including a credit card management, address and Tax ID updates

Keeping your billing information up-to-date is crucial for us to generate accurate invoices and calculate the correct taxes. This ensures smooth transactions and compliance with tax regulations. Please follow the steps below to update your payment and billing details.

Updating Billing Details

  1. Access your billing settings:

  2. Choose ” Billing Settings” from your Juicer menu

  3. Click the ” Edit the Billing Details and List Invoices” button

    ⚠️ Note: You’ll be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment gateway. Stripe safely stores and processes all payment details. It’s important to note that Juicer never has access to your full card information, ensuring an additional layer of security for your sensitive financial data.

  4. Click ” Update information

  5. Enter the following details:

    • Your name (or company name)

    • Address

    • Tax ID (if applicable)

      ⚠️ Note: For US tax-exempt entities, your Tax ID will be your EIN.

      Please email your exemption certificate to [email protected].

  6. Save the changes

Updating Credit Card Details

  1. Access your billing settings (as described above)

  2. Click the ” Edit the Billing Details and List Invoices” button

  3. Click “+ Add payment method”

  4. Provide the new card details

  5. Tick “Use as a default payment method”

  6. Click “Add”

    • As you’re now taken to the previous page, this is where you can also remove the old card, just click the “x” next to the old card’s expiry date

What You Can Update

  • Credit/debit card information

  • Company details

  • Tax ID

  • Billing address

  • Billing email

    • Let us know if you would like to add more than one billing email
