If your credit or debit card is being declined

Your card may be declined for payments to Juicer even if it works elsewhere.

Juicer is assigned an MCC code of 5817 — Digital Goods – Applications (Excludes Games). If your payment is declined, check that your organization allows transactions with this MCC code.

Sometimes banks or credit unions may decline your card as a security measure, particularly when they detect Juicer's monthly or yearly subscription charges—even when you have sufficient funds.

To resolve this, you can either try another card, or inform your card provider that Juicer is an approved vendor for future transactions.
