If your Juicer feed isn’t displaying new Instagram posts or old posts look broken, follow these steps:
Check your username: If you’ve changed your Instagram username, remove the current Instagram source and add it again with the updated username.
Refresh your connection:
Log out of Instagram in your browser
Click the red “+” button next to Instagram
Reconnect your account
During authentication:
Allow “Content” access to the Juicer app
Click “Allow” to establish the connection
☀️ If you’d like to remove Juicer entirely from the list of allowed websites on your Instagram profile and try re-adding it, you can do so in your Instagram Apps and website settings.
Make sure the Instagram account is added to your Juicer dashboard’s “Connected Accounts” area and that the connection status is
Valid.For multiple accounts: Repeat the process, ensuring you’re logged out of Instagram each time before adding a new account.
⚠️ This part about making sure you’re logged out from the previous Instagram account before trying to connect to a new one is very important!
☀️ If issues persist, try removing ( x) and re-adding ( +) your Instagram account.
Note: Due to Instagram API limitations, Juicer cannot obtain comments.
