Juicer provides analytics tools to help you track the performance of your social media feed. This guide explains the available analytics features, how to access them, and how to interpret the data.
Analytics Availability
All Juicer plans include a set of limited analytics
Analytics tracking works with:
Standard Juicer embedding options (JS, WordPress, iframe)
Direct access to your Juicer hub page (
juicer.io/hub/<your_feed_name>)
⚠️ Note: Analytics do not work when using Juicer’s API data directly
Types of Analytics
Juicer’s analytics cover three main areas:
Page Views
Shows the number of times your Juicer feed has loaded
Does not provide visitor details or identify repeat visitors
Purely counts feed load instances
Clicks
Records each time a post in your Juicer feed is clicked
Basic measure of engagement
Does not provide information about who clicked
Follows
Tracks follower count over time for your social accounts
Only applicable if you display posts from your own social accounts
Accessing Analytics
To view your analytics:
Log in to your Juicer account
Click “Analytics” in the top navigation bar
Analytics Dashboard
The Juicer analytics dashboard displays your data in an easy-to-read format.
Downloading Analytics Data
To export your statistical data:
Go to the
Page ViewssectionFind the ”
Data options” dropdown menu above the graphSelect ”
Download CSV”
⚠️ Note: The ” Reset Analytics” option in this menu allows you to reset your page view stats.
