How to Invite a Manager to Your Account

  1. Access Team Settings – Open the main menu and go to Team Settings.

  2. Open "Manage Staff" – Click on the Manage Staff panel in your central dashboard.

  3. Add a New Staff Member – Click + Add New Staff Member.

  4. Enter Email Address – Type in the login email of the person you want to add.

  5. Resolve Existing Accounts (If Needed) – If the user already has a feed, it must be removed before they can be added. If they have an existing paid Juicer subscription, it must be canceled manually before proceeding.

Once added, the new manager will have access to the account.

How to Invite a Collaborator to a Feed

  1. Access Team Settings – Open the main menu and navigate to Team Settings.

  2. Go to "Your Feeds" – In Team Settings, click on the Your Feeds page.

  3. Find the Feed – Locate the feed you want to share with a collaborator.

  4. Add a Collaborator – Click the + Add Collaborator button on the selected feed.

  5. Enter Email Address – Type in the email address of the collaborator.

  6. Grant Access – Once added, the collaborator will have access only to the selected feed.

Repeat these steps for each feed you want to share with a collaborator.

⚠️ Note: The invited users will need to accept the invitation and create a Juicer account in the process.
