Why You May See Errors or a “?” Image for Facebook Sources

Remove Facebook page restrictions to let Juicer display your content correctly.

Updated this week

Most common cause

Age or country restrictions on your Facebook Page prevent Juicer from accessing content and profile images.

Fix it

  1. On Facebook, open your Page settings and turn off any age or country restrictions.

    • Outcome: You can add the Page to Juicer, and we can fetch posts and images.

  2. Confirm Page admin access for the connected account.
Go to your Juicer Connected Social Accounts and ensure the Facebook account there is an admin of the Page you’re displaying.

    • Outcome: Improves reliability when fetching and displaying posts.

  3. Check the Page’s vanity URL.
If it changed, remove the old Facebook source in your Juicer dashboard (Social Media Sources) and add it again using the correct vanity URL.

    • Outcome: Ensures Juicer targets the correct Page.

Still stuck?

If restrictions are already off, the connected account is an admin, and the vanity URL is correct, contact support with the Page URL and a screenshot of your settings.
