Why Juicer Can't Display Comments, Replies, Tags, and Mentions From Other Users

Updated this week

Summary

  • Juicer can display original posts and hashtag-based posts.

  • Comments, replies, and posts that simply mention your @username aren’t supported due to social network API restrictions.

  • Limited exception: some posts made directly on your Facebook page’s wall.

What’s not supported (and why)

  • Comments/replies to posts: Not available via social network APIs or not feasible to retrieve reliably.

  • @mentions (posts that tag your account): Not supported; networks typically don’t expose these in a way Juicer can aggregate.

  • We focus on original posts and hashtag sources.

Facebook page wall exception

  • When adding a Facebook Page source, enable “Also import Facebook Visitor Posts”.

  • Also connect a personal Facebook account that is an admin of the Page under Connected Social Accounts.

  • Juicer may display some posts made on your Page’s wall if they’re public.
