If your feed was created before 2025 and shows broken hashtag posts:

1. Remove the affected Instagram hashtag source from your feed.
2. Re‑add the same hashtag source.

- This refresh applies our updated infrastructure to your feed.

Important note: Juicer will not be able to restore working images for those removed posts. Once removed, the missing images cannot be recovered.

❗️Important: Enable Instagram account embedding

- Make sure Instagram account embedding is turned on for your account. This is required for proper display. For Instagram @Username sources in your Social Media Sources panel, Juicer can update post data normally. Refer to <a href="https://intercom.help/juicerio/en/articles/12697805-adding-or-refreshing-your-instagram-connections" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">this Help Center article</a> for establishing the correct @username connection.

Hashtag posts follow Instagram’s rules and may have different limitations than account sources.
