Summary
New feeds (2025+) should not experience “blue boxes” on Instagram hashtag posts.
Legacy feeds (created before 2025) may still show broken images on older hashtag posts.
What to do if you see blue boxes
If your feed was created before 2025 and shows broken hashtag posts:
Remove the affected Instagram hashtag source from your feed.
Re‑add the same hashtag source.
This refresh applies our updated infrastructure to your feed.
Important note: Juicer will not be able to restore working images for those removed posts. Once removed, the missing images cannot be recovered.
❗️Important: Enable Instagram account embedding
Make sure Instagram account embedding is turned on for your account. This is required for proper display.

Notes
For Instagram @Username sources in your Social Media Sources panel, Juicer can update post data normally. Refer to this Help Center article for establishing the correct @username connection.
Hashtag posts follow Instagram’s rules and may have different limitations than account sources.
